SONY MUSIC SIGNS ORBO & THE LONGSHOTS

We're extremely excited to announce that ORBO & The Longshots have signed with Sony Music Norway for the release of their 4th album, titled "Masquerade". It's produced by ORBO, Eirik Grønner and our great friend, who just happens to be the best selling artist in Norway - Kurt Nilsen.

"Signing with Sony Music is a real breakthrough for us. It shows that you don't have to sell out to become interesting for a major label. You just have to be really good at what you do. We're celebrating the bands' 10 year anniversary next year, and we've worked hard to keep everything real. It feels incredible to finally be able to get the muscle from a major, especially when the record industry is facing so many challenges. We've never felt better as a band, and we just can't wait to get to work. Let's rock & roll!!!!" - ORBO

The release date for the album will be announced during the summer and it will be released under Sony's COLUMBIA label (featuring artists such as Bob Dylan, AC/DC, Billy Joel, Bruce Springsteen and many more) The first single "Rock & Roll City" will be released during the next couple of weeks. YEAH!

Jon Davidson is a singer/songwriter from Portland, Oregon.
As a solo artist and as Frontman for the Portland rock band Silversafe,
he has performed in 25 states and 5 countries.
Davidson will release his full-length album, entitled Perfect Cliché
that he recorded at Portland's Black Diamond studios,
and four of those songs are currently available on an EP,
entitled Jon Davidson: Four Songs.

Jon Davidson is Black Diamond Studios' Featured Artist
for the month of July in Exotic Magazine.

KZOK's Serious Talent Write A_ _ing Song Contest Compilation CD.

The votes are in, and Wood Fowler's song "Clouds" will appear on this year's
